MICROEX CAST is the cast film extrusion line designed for quality control of polymers, compounds, masterbatches and recycled materials. Film samples can be used to test mechanical properties, visual inspection of defects, polymer processability and color matching.
MICROEX BLOWN is the blown film extrusion model designed for creating tubular film samples. Also available in 3 and 5-layer versions, it is perfect for testing the composition and quality of recycled materials, masterbatches, additives and biopolymers.
MICROEX CP and CP TWIN are compounding extrusion model designed for testing different granule formulations with different additives, masterbatches and colorations. The model CP is equipped with a single-screw extruder, while the CP TWIN with a co-rotating twin-screw extruder. Depending on the processed materials, both machines enable an optimal and efficient mixing of polymers.
MICROEX MD is an injection moulding model designed for samples production with different polymers. It is a fully electric model suitable for testing quality and formulations with both virgin and recycled materials.
EUR.EX.MA's MICROEX can be equipped with Syncro and Acelabs visual inspection system EYES whose purpose is to detect and classify all commonly known defects, a winning and smart combination for quality control of recycled polymers.
